JOHANNESBURG – Bafana Bafana’s emphatic 5-0 victory over Congo-Brazzaville in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Gqeberha came at a cost.
Lyle Foster is likely to miss the return fixture between the two sides on Tuesday night.
This after the Burnley forward collided with Red Devils goalkeeper Christoffer Mafoumbi just past the hour mark.
The 24-year-old was stretched off with a suspected muscular injury and was replaced by Iqraam Rayners.
The Mamelodi Sundowns marksman, who scored the fifth goal last night, is expected to replace Foster in the starting line-up should he fail to recover in time.
